Refund Policy

• After consultation and desired service is selected, 30% of your service is due upon booking or you can pay in full. All services must be paid in full by end of session. Services include pre-work, post work, and returns (excluding virtual service returns). Items purchased to complete your session are not included in hourly service fee.  Purchased items decided to be kept are additional costs to booked service.
• If you prefer to do installments, that can be arranged with me; however, payment for session must be paid in full by final session.
• An invoice is followed up by all bookings with detailed insight on estimated time of service.  If under expected time, you will be refunded the difference quoted. If over expected time, an additional hourly fee can be expected to be charged; however if under an hour, you will be subject to time allotted ONLY.  Services include pre-work, post work, and returns (excluding virtual service returns).
